"Skills are retained through actual practice"

Airplane accidents are luckily rare, it is after all safer than driving. But when they do happen, the impact is enormous. It is an uncertain time for the affected and their relatives, in which they can really use some help. Professional help, but also practical. Therefore part of the KLM employees in The Netherlands and abroad are volunteers in the ‘Care’ organisation. To provide them with the right soft skills, Faculty of Skills and KLM designed an online training program.
