If you want people to work together more effectively, with more impact and more fun, you need to make sure they have the tools to do so. For example, train the following skills:
So we do it anyway, but in a different way. All participants get access to TrainTool; an online training environment where they can practice individually with online video roleplays. This way, they can practice again and again with exactly the situations that occur in your organization. Because nobody likes to do a role play in front of a group of colleagues, but practicing out loud what you want to say and how you are going to say it is a proven effective method to master new skills.
Every person is unique and therefore deserves personal attention and tailored feedback, even when it comes to large groups. Our experienced coaches and our AI coach Alix provide that feedback. Alix listens to the participants' recordings and checks the content against predefined criteria. He then automatically and in real time writes a feedback report for the participant. Substantive feedback, to the point and directly applicable. This makes training very personal.
Nice trainer, nice location, tasty sandwiches. We are not in it for that and neither should you be. We want participants to start a training, finish it and show measurably different behavioUr afterwards. Only then will you see it reflected in the results of your KPIs. The fact that 94% of the participants indicate they are satisfied with the training and 60% gives a score of 8 or higher is of course a nice bonus.
We know the theoretical background and write our own training materials. Our creative Learning Designers create role-plays that are very recognisable to the audience. We record the videos in-house with a professional cast and crew. Your own project manager will take care of the entire process from A to Z. If the participants have technical questions they can contact our Support Team directly, by phone, email or chat.
In a design session we go deeper into your goals and learning requirements. It is very important that a representation of the participants is present at the session. This way we know for sure that we are making the right things.
Learning designers create the content of the training. They integrate the underlying conversation models in an attractive way and write roleplays about recognisable situations. If we decide to have a live training event, this meeting is thoroughly prepared.
Together we develop a learning campaign to inform and activate the participants. This gives the training programme more background in the organisation and helps to maintain our high participation rate.
Participants get access to TrainTool and start working with the online video roleplays. They receive feedback from our experienced coaches or our AI coach Alix. Any live meetings take place during this phase, either physically or online.
Throughout the programme we will keep you informed of progress and at the end you will receive a comprehensive evaluation report that provides insight into the performance and development of the participants. Of course we will discuss this to both learn from it.
Sometimes the entire department is involved, sometimes an individual colleague comes knocking on the door with a development question. For frequently requested skills we have developed ready-made training courses that can be followed by both teams and individuals.
