Passionate and driven employees of Mundipharma Pharmaceuticals work together every day to achieve their mission: To improve the lives of patients. But when everyone works hard and with passion and drive, it gets difficult to speak up when something is bothering you or if you feel that something can be done better.

Sandra Wijngaarden, Head of HRD at Mundipharma, decided to improve the feedback culture in the company. Together with Faculty of Skills she developed a training in which employees learned to give and receive feedback. Also in times where things didn't go so well.
