Stay focused and motivated.

Practicing and assessing soft skills can be done online very effectively, as we have proven for years. But for many large-scale intervention, it is relevant to get together at times. Especially when it concerns big changes for the organization or individual. Among others, we facilitate the following 4-hour workshops:

  • Kick-off to dive into why this development program is launched and to get a headstart.
  • Train-the-coach to prepare internal coaches - often managers - for their role as (online) coach.
  • Intervision to zoom in on personal challenges and help each other with those.
  • Celebration to mark a milestone. When individuals and the organization progress, this is something worth celebrating.
